Honda Vario Motorcyclist Found Dead After Being Hit By A Truck In West Jakarta

JAKARTA - ES (63), a Honda Vario motorcycle rider with police number B 4702 SNF, died after being a victim of a hit-and-run on Jalan S Parman, Palmerah, West Jakarta.

As a result of the accident, the victim died instantly at the scene.

Head of Gakkum Satlantas West Jakarta, AKP Joko, said the victim's face was traveling from the south to the north on Jalan S Parman.

When the victim's motorbike passed in front of the Toyota Auto 2000 dealer, the victim crossed the slippery road surface and fell. Then it came from the back of the truck driven by the unknown perpetrator.

"The truck hit the victim. The left tire of the truck hit ES's head, causing the victim to be seriously injured and died on the spot," said AKP Joko.

After the victim did not move, the truck driver immediately fled. Meanwhile, the victim's body was taken to the Tangerang District Hospital.

"We are still conducting investigations and investigations at the West Jakarta Traffic Traffic Unit," he said.
