Unscrupulous Officials In The Tangerang Sea Pagar Ringyard

JAKARTA A total of four land office officials in the Tangerang region have undergone internal examinations related to the issuance of the Building Use Rights Certificate (SHGB) and the Tangerang sea Ownership Certificate (SHM). Along with this, a number of related parties have also been reported by the Indonesian Anti-Corruption Society (MAKI) to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

Minister of ATR/BPN Nusron Wahid did not specify who underwent an internal examination. For him, the process is ongoing so that the Tangerang sea fence problem can be resolved properly.

"What is clear is that the Kakantah at that time served. I can't mention names. Anyway, the position is only," Nusron told reporters at Tanjung Pasir Beach, Pakuhaji, Tangerang Regency, Friday, January 24.

Nusron explained that the inspection process was carried out by the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus (APIP). Now they are still continuing to investigate to find out the alleged violations allegedly committed internally.

"And that's our APIP, our inspectorate has checked, it's been four days being investigated. All related parties have," he said.

MAKI Coordinator Boyamin Saiman when confirmed by VOI, Sunday, January 26, 2025, did not specify who was reported to the KPK. However, what is certain is that the village heads are suspected of being dragged into this case. MAKI has made a report to the KPK to thoroughly investigate the issue of issuing Certificates of Ownership (SHM) and Building Use Rights (HGB) in the Tangerang sea area.

"Without a specific name, anyone will be summoned as a witness. Regarding who the alleged perpetrator or suspect is, we will hand it over to the KPK", Boyamin told VOI, Sunday morning, January 26, 2025.

Returning to the Minister of ATR/BPN, Nusron Wahid admitted that he supports what MAKI is doing. For Nusron, the complaints he made at the KPK regarding the issuance of SHM and HGB Tangerang Sea, can help find a bright spot for this problem.

"It is with pleasure that if there are community parties who want to solve this problem as transparently as possible. We are happy to thank you," said Nusron.

According to him, the report made by Boyamin is a form of social control over the Indonesian government.

"That's part of the energy, part of the support, part of social control. We want to solve this problem as transparently as possible. As soon as possible, at all costs," said Nusron.

As is known, MAKI reported the issuance of the Certificate of Ownership (SHM) and Building Use Rights (HGB) at the location of the sea fence, Banten, Tangerang, to the KPK. MAKI suspects that there is a corrupt practice in the process.

The report was made on Thursday, January 23 to the KPK. The basis of the report refers to Article 9 of Law Number 20 of 2001 concerning the Eradication of Corruption:

"He was sentenced to a minimum imprisonment of 1 (one) year and a maximum of 5 (five) years and a fine of at least Rp. 50,000,000.00 (fifty million rupiah) and a maximum of Rp. 250,000,000.00 (two hundred and fifty million rupiah) for civil servants or people other than civil servants who are given the task of carrying out a public office continuously or temporarily, intentionally fake books or lists specifically for administrative examinations."

The issuance of the land certificate is suspected to be cacad, not in accordance with procedures and or fake. False allegations are in Girik's books, records or data, Leter C / D or Warkah at the Village, District or BPN office, where the alleged actions of these individuals fulfilled the clarification of Article 9 of Law 20 of 2001.

The reported cases are the lowest person to the top level, namely (allegedly) an individual government of Villages, Districts, Regencies and BPN.
