JAKARTA - A man was arrested following a knife attack in a park in the German city of Askaffenburg. The stabbing killed 2 people.
The suspect was detained at the scene of the incident in Schoental Park, the location of the attack that occurred at around 10:45 a.m., Wednesday, January 22 local time.
Police said there were no indications of other suspects and no danger to the public.
A child was among the dead, Bild newspaper reported.
A police spokesman declined to reveal the identities of the victims.
