Police Reveal Facts About The Swinger Sex Party Case: Plans To Be Held In Bali This Month

JAKARTA - The police revealed the facts of an investigation in the case of organizing a couple's exchange sex party or swinger which had named a married couple with the initials IG (39) and KS (39) as suspects. They plan to hold a party in Bali this month.

"Yes, in the near future this month, they have determined the date," said Director of Cyber Police of Metro Jaya Kombes Roberto Pasaribu to reporters, Friday, January 10.

However, it was not conveyed in detail about the exact time of the suspect's plan. It was only stated that it was revealed based on the findings of the chat column which contained discussing the implementation of the sex swing party.

In fact, the chat column is known to contain dozens of members who will participate in the sex party.

On the other hand, Roberto conveyed that the motive for the two suspects to hold a sex party had been recorded 10 times. First, to satisfy sexual desire and secondly about the economy.

The second motive is that they can get money from selling video recordings of sex parties without their participants knowing.

"It has been able to get sexual satisfaction and move to economic motives, of course there is an economic boost," said Roberto.

In this case, the husband and wife were charged with multiple articles, namely Article 45 paragraph (1) in conjunction with Article 27 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law and/or Article 4 in conjunction with Article 29 and/or Article 7 in conjunction with Article 33 and/or Article 8 in conjunction with Article 34 of Law Number 44 of 2008 concerning Pornography.
