The Armor Of The KDRT Perpetrator Cut Intan Nabila Was Sentenced To 4.5 Years In Prison

The panel of judges at the Cibinong District Court, Bogor Regency, West Java, sentenced Armor Toreador Gustifante to 4 years and 6 months in prison, a defendant in a domestic violence case against his wife, Cut Intan Nabila, a celebrity.

The panel of judges chaired by Emi Tri Rahayu stated that Armor was proven guilty of domestic violence or domestic violence against his wife, during a hearing to read the verdict at the Cibinong District Court, Tuesday, January 7.

"We have found the defendant Armor Toreador Gustifante guilty and sentenced to imprisonment for 4 years and 6 months," said Emi during the trial as reported by ANTARA.

Cut Intan Nabila, a victim of domestic violence by Armor, said the panel of judges suffered bruises and mental trauma. In addition, the first child and the couple's second child also suffered mental trauma due to an argument from their parents.

"The situation that burdens the defendant as a public figure should provide good role models for the community. The defendant's actions are not the first time. The defendant's actions have caused stress for the victim's witness and are also traumatized by the first child and the two defendants and victim witnesses," said the judge.

The judge also read out things that mitigated the Armor based on information revealed during the trial process, namely that the defendant had never been convicted, the defendant had admitted his actions, and Cut Intan Nabila had forgiven the defendant's actions.

Meanwhile, ArmorToreador's attorney, Irawansyah, said that his client had accepted everything that had been conveyed by the panel of judges in the verdict hearing.

Even so, until now Armor is still considering making an appeal against the judge's decision.

"Armor is not a legal person, we don't understand the law, we are considering whether we will appeal or not, of course we will coordinate first with the family what it will be like," said Irawansyah.
