Allegedly Killed, TKW From Bali Found Dead Covered In Blood In A Hotel Room In Malaysia

A female female worker (TKW) named Ni Ketut Nurhayati (39) from Gitgit Village, Sukasada District, Buleleng Regency, Bali, is suspected of being a murder victim in Malaysia.

Luh Sri Mulyani, one of the victim's relatives, said that Nurhayati was found dead in a hotel room covered in blood. The hotel where the victim was found dead was in the Puchong area, Malaysia.

Local police suspect the victim died because he was murdered.

"The photo of Mbak Nur's incident (the victim) was still in the hotel room when he was first found and was still covered in blood covered in a blanket," Sri said when confirmed Tuesday, January 7.

Nurhayati's death occurred on New Year's Eve, namely Tuesday (31/12). The family only received information on January 4 from a fellow victim in Malaysia.

"Then I found out the truth, there was a friend of Nurhayanti (the victim) who confirmed it. He was contacted by the police in Malaysia and showed his photos and videos," he added.

Currently, the victim's body is being sought to be repatriated by the family and fellow victims in Malaysia.

Sri also posted on social media regarding the death of Nurhayati and opened donations to repatriate the victim's body because the family had problems with funds.

The victim's body will be flown from Malaysia, Wednesday (8/1) at around 09.00 local time and is expected to arrive on Bali Island at 11.00 WITA.

"Since yesterday, volunteers in Malaysia who are friends of the victim have helped to take care of the return of the victim's body," he said.
