Accused Of Taking People's Husbands, Women In Penjaringan Jakut Beaten And Stripped By One Family

JAKARTA - A woman with the initials E (41) was beaten by five men in Pluit Selatan II, Penjaringan, North Jakarta. Worse, the perpetrators beat and stripped the victim's clothes in the middle of the road.

Deputy Head of Criminal Investigation at the North Jakarta Metro Police, AKP Lukman, said the persecution took place on Sunday, January 5, in the early hours of the morning.

AKP Lukman revealed, after this case was reported, the perpetrators were arrested. And it is known that the perpetrators are a family consisting of mothers and children.

"All of them, five people," said Lukman when confirmed, Tuesday, January 7.

Lukman explained that the abuse began when the perpetrator's family suspected that the victim had an affair with her husband. The victim is said to have arrested the perpetrator's husband. On that basis, the perpetrators approached the victim and then ganged up and stripped him naked.

The case was a beating, starting with jealousy. Allegedly, he (the victim) cheated on her husband, the suspect. So the victim is suspected of having an affair with her husband, the suspect," he said.

However, the alleged affair has not been proven because a deeper investigation must be carried out.

"The facts can't be proven yet," he said.

Several perpetrators have been named as suspects. However, there was one person who was suspended because he only joined in and was still a minor.

"Already a suspect and already detained. (suspected article) 170 (KUHP) beatings. Only one child is suspended, guaranteed by his father, still a child, still in junior high school," he said.
