JAKARTA - The fire that hit densely populated settlements on Jalan Kemayoran Gempol, RW 05, Kebon Blank Village, Kemayoran District, Central Jakarta, left various stories.

A woman with the initials MA (55) told of the seconds of the fire burning 200 houses of residents who were right in front of her house about 3 meters away.

"Yesterday when the fire burned the top of the house in front of my house, my position was also still on the top floor," the Supreme Court told VOI, Thursday, December 12.

Then the Supreme Court was shouted at by firefighters to immediately come down from his house.

From MA's confession to VOI, he was still at home when the fire broke out because it was to save his son's pet poultry.

"Want to save a 1 pair of pigeon with child. Because I just bought him, sorry, the bird is still in the basket," said the Supreme Court.

Although the flames had burned down a neighbor's house that felt right in front of his house, MA admitted that he was not afraid to save his child's pet poultry.

"Finally, I was told to go down with the officers. I took the pigeon and immediately went down," he said.

MA, who lives in RT 09/05 with the position of the house in the alley, his house was also almost burned down.

However, thanks to the arrival of the fire car that blockaded the flames by pouring water on the roof of his house, the fire was blocked. In fact, the tree on the roof of his house was already on fire.

"If the tree branch just falls, my house will burn down. Because there are a lot of carpets on top. But thank God, after being doused with the roof fire, my house was lined up with neighbors, the fire didn't cross here," he said.

As is known, the flames burned 200 semi-permanent houses in RT 02 to 09 in RW 05, Kebon Blank Village, Kemayoran. A total of 600 families consisting of 1,800 people were burned to the ground on Tuesday, December 10, noon.
