JAKARTA - National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo revealed the achievements of the Online Judi Eradication Dec on President Prabowo Subianto. From a series of actions that have been taken, a number of pieces of evidence worth Rp220 billion have been confiscated.

The presentation of this achievement was conveyed when Sigit gave a speech at the 2024 Police Chief of Staff at the Semarang Police Academy, Central Java, Wednesday, December 11.

In addition, Sigit also conveyed that the National Police and the relevant ministries had uncovered 789 cases of online gambling by settling a thousand suspects.

Currently, the process of handling online gambling cases is still ongoing. So, it is undeniable that the number of cases of the suspect will continue to grow.

"Desk Pemberantasan Perjudian Online sejak 4 November 2024 telah dilakukan pengungkapan perkara sebesar 789 yang melibatkan 937 tersangka," ucapnya.

Not only determining the numbers, the Decree of Online Gambling Eradication also continues to carry out cyber patrols to monitor online gambling sites.

Based on the latest data, more than thirty thousand online gambling has been taken down.

"Doing takedown 32,322 gambling sites," said Sigit.

Apart from this achievement, Sigit stated that he would mobilize all the strength of the National Police to support the security of the community. Thus, Prabowo Subianto's goal program will be achieved.
