Police Work: Confirmed Explosion Of The Cup Winners Spa Gas Cylinder, But Jibom Still Intervenes

JAKARTA The explosion at the massage center of spa massage Winners, Bulungan, South Jakarta (Jaksel) made the police deploy a bomb disposal team (Jibom) at the National Police Headquarters. According to VOI monitoring at the location, four units of Jibom cars were seen with dozens of officers fully dressed.

Then they entered the building area, both the massage spa and the affected offices.

They combed every point to the source of the explosion to determine the cause of the explosion did not come from the bomb.

The Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the Kebayoran Baru Police, Kompol Nunu Suparmi, said that the Jibom team at the National Police Headquarters was dispatched to ensure that there were no bombs in the explosion incident at the Winners spa massage.

"That's standard. Standards because there was an explosion. (Even though) it was clear from the gas cylinder I mentioned earlier. (But) Our standards are indeed conducting an investigation," Nunu told reporters at the location, Tuesday, December 10.

After the search was carried out, Nunu continued, no bombs were found. So it is confirmed that the explosion was thought to have come from a water heater gas cylinder.

"Ensure by calling from the Jibom side," he said

Furthermore, the National Police Forensic Laboratory Center (Puslabfor) will go to the crime scene (TKP) to conduct a crime scene investigation.

"Tomorrow we will do it again, from the Puslabfor Police Headquarters," he said.
