Police His Mother's Killer In Cileungsi Will Undergo Code Of Ethics Trial

JAKARTA - The Profession and Security Division (Bid Propam) of the Polda Metro Jaya explained that the process of implementing the code of ethics to a member of the Police with the initials Aipda NP (41) who abused his mother to death in Cileungsi, Bogor, continues.

"The code of ethics process continues, together with the criminal," said Head of Propam Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Bambang Satriawan as reported by ANTARA, Thursday, December 5.

Polda hanya memproses sidang etiknya karena proses pidananya sudah dilakukan oleh Polsek Cileungsi, Polres Bogor.

"After an explanation from the doctor that the observation was declared a mental disorder, we will recommend to the Metro Jaya Police Chief to stop it," he said.

Bambang said that the NP's actions violated the code of ethics as stated in Article 8C Paragraph 1 and Article 13 letter N Perpol 7 of 2022.

"We can convey that we have examined 7 witnesses and 1 suspected violator himself. The witnesses being examined are those who know about the incident, colleagues, superiors and doctors who are treating the person concerned," he said.

A member of the National Police with the initials NP (41) abused his own biological mother until she died in Dayeuh Village, Cileungsi, Bogor Regency, West Java.

Bogor Police Chief AKBP Rio Wahyu Anggoro in Cibinong, Monday (2/12), revealed that the incident occurred during the NP, which is a high-ranking NP at one of the Polres Polda Metro Jaya, returned to his parents' house on Sunday (1/12) night.

"He came home because he lived with his parents so there was a bit of an argument until his parents were abused," he said.
