Jufri said that various industrial factories such as iron and steel factories, smelters, battery factories and others would be built in the area.

"There are many job opportunities in the industrial area, ranging from the fields of management, industry, engineering, including in the construction sector and others," he said.

"This is also an opportunity for local entrepreneurs to meet their needs (KIHI), such as food or basic necessities and housing for workers," continued the Gerindra legislator.

Djufri hopes that the Kaltara Provincial Government will prepare human resources (HR) that are adjusted to the opportunities that exist in the largest industrial area in the world.

"Our human resources must be prepared, such as the competence of the fields needed, experts and public speaking or foreign language skills," he said.

Currently, a paper factory is being built in Bengawan (Tarangan City), PLTA Peso (Bulungan) and PLTA Mentarang (Malinau) which will also absorb a lot of labor.

"The people of Kaltara must be able to take part and enter the world of work in these various industrial fields. I believe that in Kaltara this has skills that can be employed in the industry," he said.
