JAKARTA - The DKI Jakarta Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) sent a letter of first warning (SP1) and sealing with PP Line on the construction of billboards located on Jl. Lingkar Luar, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, to be precise next to Ruko Taman Kencana, Tuesday, November 26.

This is done so that construction actors do not continue to work.

"Today's activity is that we give SP1 the first warning and we also seal it with Pol PP Line in the billboard construction with the aim that the owner does not continue his work," said Acting Head of the Jakarta Provincial Satpol PP Sarkot Section, Rikki H. Sinaga who was accompanied by Kasie Tramtibum West Jakarta Satpol PP Edison Butar Butar.

The DKI Jakarta Satpol PP has sealed it with the Pol PP Line on November 20, but until now the construction actors have continued their work.

Rikki said that the billboard construction did not have an IPR permit, TLBBR, and also UMBBR. Therefore, his party did not stop the activity.

"If we look at the workers, PT Petraco," he said.

He also hopes that workers for now should not work secretly or continue their work before their permits are taken care of properly and in an orderly manner.

"If we are still stubborn, we will fly back the SP2 letter and even later we can dismantle the construction, if we don't follow the rules," said Rikki.

"Because we are from the government, in principle, supporting billboard bureau entrepreneurs to take care of licensing. So it must be legal and he will be able to pay taxes later. His income will also increase the PAD of the DKI Jakarta Regional Government," said Rikki again.
