President Prabowo Brings Messages Of Peace To Cooperation At The G20 Rio De Janeiro Summit

Head of the Presidential Communication Office Hasan Nasbi said Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto brought a message of peace to trade cooperation with many countries while attending the G20 Summit in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

"The peace messages are also important, because we cannot talk about the economy, trade, prosperity if the world situation is not peaceful. So that may be brought by the President of Indonesia," Hasan said when met at the Ministry of State Secretariat Building, Jakarta, Antara, Monday, November 18.

Hasan explained that the Indonesian delegation would certainly state prosperity and commitment in cooperation with as many countries as possible. This can be seen from President Prabowo's state visit starting from China, then the United States to fulfill official state invitations, as well as attend APEC Summits in Peru, and the G20 Summit in Brazil.

The state visit, Hasan said, aims to improve relations and expand cooperation in various sectors.

Meanwhile, based on information from the Presidential Media Team Prabowo, the President and dozens of G20 leaders are scheduled to discuss issues related to overcoming the problem of poverty, hunger, and environmentally friendly energy transition strategies in the world.

The 2024 Brazilian G20 Presidency has the big theme Building a Just World and Sutainable Planet, with three main priorities, namely Fighting Inequality, Promoting Social Inclusion, and Fighting Hunger, Combating Climate Change, Promoting Energy Transition and Sustainable Development, and Global Governance Institutions.

The three priorities are closely related to the voices of developing countries that reach real issues faced by the global community.
