JAKARTA - The survey institute Nusakom Pratama released the results of a survey related to the Central Kalimantan Regional Head Election (Pilkada) contestation. The candidate pair for Governor and Deputy Governor Abdul Razak-Sri Suwanto received 27.32 percent electability.

"In the survey, in general, Abdul Razak-Sri Suwanto's electability rate is superior to the other three pairs," said Nusakom Pratama CEO Ari Junaedi, in his statement, Tuesday, November 5.

Meanwhile, for other contestants, Willy Yoseph-Habib Ismail received 22.64 percent. Then, Agustiar Sabran-Edy Pratowo with 21.34 percent and Nadalsyah-Supian Hadi 14.69 percent.

From the survey results, Abdul Razak-Sri Suwanto has also been supported by many rough workers, drivers and builders with an average SLTP or equivalent education level of 26.49 percent.

In addition, the pair known as ASRI also dominates 100 percent in Katingan Regency, 61.82 percent in Seruyan Regency, and 82.16 percent in East Kotawaringin.

Likewise in Palangka Raya City, which places the pair Abdul Razak-Sri Suwanto in second place with 43.22 percent. Even with Sukamara Regency at 30.77 percent.

The results of the survey, said Ari Junaedi, are getting closer to the accurate conditions of the constellation of distribution of votes spread to four pairs of candidates. This is because the survey process is carried out when approaching the voting stage.

"Voting in the Central Kalimantan Pilgub, most of them do not want candidate pairs related to dynastic politics. Likewise, voters' understanding of candidate pairs who sell religious issues also does not sell well in society. Voters in Central Kalimantan are so rational about candidate profiling, namely what they like is a combination of experienced and clean figures from cases related to racism, abuse of power or morals," explained Ari Junaedi.

In addition, one of the parameters of rational voters in Central Kalimantan is mainly novice voters and those with secondary and undergraduate educational backgrounds who like candidate pair Abdul Razak-Sri Suwanto because of his ability to explain and answer questions at an open debate held by the Central Kalimantan KPUD.

According to him, with the electoral achievements of each candidate pair, the contestation of the Central Kalimantan gubernatorial election is only related to the pair number 4 with serial number 1.

"By considering the margin of error of 3 percent and the potential for voters to float, Abdul Razak-Sri Suwanto's potential victory in the 2024 Central Kalimantan gubernatorial election is wide open as long as the rest of this campaign period has an effective campaign strategy in working on swing votters and maintaining the voter barn in West Kalimantan and adding "bonus" votes in the eastern and central sectors," said Ari.

Meanwhile, the survey involved 1,078 respondents with a confidence level of 95 percent and a margin of error of approximately 3 percent using multistage random sampling or random survey methods.
