TANGERANG - A large truck hit a number of vehicles, both motorbikes and cars from Graha Street, South Tangerang to Adipura Monument, Tangerang City.

At the time of the incident, the truck seemed to be speeding, even to the opposite direction, hitting the motorcyclist and the car in front of him.

Many residents chased the container truck carrying the container, from the Graha Raya area, to Jalan Veteran, to be precise near the Adipura Monument area.

One resident, Revan (18) said the incident occurred Thursday, October 31, at 15.37 WIB. He admitted that he was surprised when he saw the truck traveling fast, being chased by a number of vehicles, the average online motorcycle taxi driver (ojol).

"I just came home from hangout, I saw a container truck being chased by the residents, when I asked when it turned out that the truck was being chased because it had run over," said Revan when met at the location, Thursday, October 31.

At that time, he saw two motorists lying on the road, in quite a pathetic condition.

"I saw two female victims lying down, one was bleeding heavily in the head," he said.

After that, the truck was being chased until it finally stopped in Tugu Adipura, Tangerang City. Then, the driver was forcibly pulled out and judged by the masses.

"I saw the driver being teased. Until he was bleeding. Luckily, the TNI tried to stop him. Then not long after the police, then he was taken to the hospital, he continued to be taken to the hospital," he said.

Meanwhile, the Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho, said the driver was taken to the hospital because he was seriously injured.

"Currently the driver's condition is still in the ER, because earlier people spontaneously took precautions and made efforts to stop this driver, so someone threw it and others to stop the vehicle," he concluded.
