Support UKW Parliament, Mpr Leader: Don't Just Have A Certificate

Journalist Competency Test (UKW) 51st class / Special

JAKARTA - Vice Chairman of the Indonesian People's Consultative Assembly (MPR) from ppp faction Arsul Sani, opened the 51st generation of Journalist Competency Test (UKW) held by the Coordinator of Parliamentary Journalists (KWP) together with PWI Jaya held in gbhn room, Nusantara V Building, Parliament Complex Senayan, Jakarta, Wednesday, April 7. The event supported by MPR RI lasted two days until tomorrow, Thursday, April 8.

Arsul Sani claimed to support the competency test of this journalist. Because according to him, this activity has the potential to improve the ability and meet the qualifications and professionalism in carrying out performance as a journalist from time to time.

"So capability updates should be done periodically and seriously. This capability test should not be done just as important as having a certificate," said Arsul.

The deputy chairman of ppp ensures that the competence test activities of journalists in parliament can continue.

"I believe this can be continued even not limited to competency tests only but other levels of education," explained Arsul.

Arsul hopes that these activities can be utilized as best as possible and become motivation to become competent journalists.

On this occasion, Arsul also conveyed various policies of mpr and the accompanying political dynamics. Including, the issue of the GBHN amendment.

To be known, THE 51st Class of PWI Jaya today was followed by 28 participants who were all from the Young category.

There are five testers, namely Hendry Chaerudin Bangun, Sayid Iskandarsyah, Kamsul Hasan, Abdul Rachman Lubis, and Rita Sri Hastuti.

Present in the second wave of Parliament UKW namely Chairman of PWI central Ayal S. Depari, Chairman of PWI Jaya Said Iskandar, Head of Public Relations and Information System Bureau of MPR RI Siti Fauziah, and Head of News mpr RI Budi Mulyawan.
