BOGOR - Bogor Regency Government (Pemkab) built a joint presidential security post in Bojongkoneng Village, Babakanmadang, Bogor Regency. This was done after the inauguration of Prabowo Subianto as the 8th president of the Republic of Indonesia.

Acting Regent of Bogor, Bachril Bakri accompanied by the relevant ranks of regional apparatus heads, reviewed the construction on Tuesday, October 29. Bachril said the progress of the construction had reached 71 percent.

"I along with the Bogor Police Chief, Dandim 0621, Bogor Regency, and Kasrem 061 Suryakancana, along with all regional apparatus and stakeholders related to carrying out the evaluation of the construction of joint posts and the provision of supporting infrastructure around the residence of President Prabowo," he said.

He said, the construction of a guard post is the obligation of the Bogor Regency Government to provide supporting infrastructure, currently the progress is 71 percent.

"The target is that in the next two weeks it can be completed and hopefully it can be achieved," said Bachril.

To note, the construction of the joint security post building was built with a permanent construction consisting of two floors and several rooms. On the back of the main building there is an elongated building which is a place to rest or a soldier's mes.

At this post, there will be room that can be used by VIP guests as a transit place. Then there are also barracks for soldiers who are tasked with security around the President's residence," Bachril explained.

Bachril added that we also discussed several obstacles and completed their shortcomings, as well as several administrative matters that must be done so that this development can run well, including to improve road infrastructure to the President's residence.
