TANGERANG - Yavin Hardjoko (19), the perpetrator of the kidnapping and confinement of VLR (17) in Tangerang was finally arrested by the police on Jalan Prabu Siliwangi, Cibodas, Tangerang City.

Tangerang City Metro Police Chief, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugroho confirmed the information.

"The perpetrator has been arrested," said Zain when confirmed, Tuesday, October 29.

When asked further about the chronology of the arrests, he was reluctant to answer.

Meanwhile, the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Zain Dwi Nugoroho, explained the chronology of the confinement.

It started when the victim became acquainted with the perpetrator through social media. Then hold a meeting in the West Jakarta area.

After that the victim was invited to the perpetrator's house on Jalan Prabu Siliwangi, Cibodas, Tangerang City. Arriving at the location, it turned out that the victim was being held at the perpetrator's house.

"For about 10 days the victim was in the warehouse on the 2nd floor. During that time the reported (perpetrator) had intercourse with the victim. According to the victim's confession, if he refuses, he will be tied to a rope," he said.

Long story short, the victim managed to escape, after the perpetrator fell asleep. When leaving the house, the victim met witness Ade Muhammad Syarif.

"After being interrogated, the witness took the victim to the Jatiuwung Police and then a member of the Jatiuwung Police Criminal Investigation Unit took the victim to the Tangerang City Metro Police," he said.

Meanwhile, witness Ade Muhammad (58) questioned what victims happened during confinement.

"Why are you, I ran away from my boy's house from the 18th to the 27th, made it 10 days, I was held captive," said Ade, imitating the victim, Tuesday, October 29.

Furthermore, Ade again asked how the victim's process could escape.

"How can you run away, I asked why, when the perpetrator was sleeping. I also don't want to report this, because I'm afraid," he said.

The victim admitted that he had been smothered and tied up by the perpetrator. Then threatened with a knife, so he didn't dare to scream for help.

"He said I was stuck, smothered. Continue to be threatened with a knife. That's why he didn't scream, for fear," he said.

He also admitted that he had been raped almost every day for 10 days by the alleged perpetrator. However, he could not do much, because of the threat.

"Rape almost every day. For those 10 days," he said

After knowing that the victim was still a minor, and the victim's body had several injuries, said Ade, it should have been reported to the police.

"I'm just looking into it, it's also a minor, you're a few years old? Have a student card at home too, I've asked, how come, how come the hands are blue, so I'm stuck, I'm covered in all kinds of things, so, well, this is my legal path, I don't want it," he said.
