There Is Still Time To Appeal About Dismissal, The NTT Police Chief To Rudy Soik: Don't Run Where Are You, I'm Your Father

JAKARTA - NTT Police Chief Inspector General Daniel Tahi Monang Silitonga after a meeting with Commission III of the DPR RI at the Parliament Complex, Jakarta, met Rudy Soik and considered Rudy still a member of the Indonesian National Police (Polri).

Rudy Soik is a member of the NTT Regional Police with the rank of Inspector of Police Two (Ipda) who was fired with the status of Disrespectful Dismissal (PTDH). Daniel also had time to talk and held Rudy's head because he thought he was his son.

"So you don't run anywhere, I'm your father," said Daniel while talking to Rudy after leaving the meeting room of Commission III of the DPR RI as reported by Antara, Monday, October 28.

The NTT Police Chief and his staff were invited to attend the Commission III meeting of the DPR RI to explain the case of Rudy's dismissal which was considered odd. Because Rudy was previously considered successful in uncovering the BBM mafia case in NTT.

Daniel also advised Rudy that his future career is still in his hands. Rudy still has time to appeal the PTDH decision.

He also wants Rudy to be a good member of the police and provide good information on cases of the Crime of Trafficking in Persons (TPPO) and the BBM mafia.

"So you have to decide about your own career, I just signed, I love you," he told Rudy.

Rudy was also present at the meeting with his lawyer and was also accompanied by the National Network of Anti-Corruption Crimes of Trafficking in Persons. During the meeting, he sat behind and attended the meeting until it was over.

It is known that Ipda Rudy Soik was fired by the NTT Police for violating the professional code of ethics in an investigation into alleged misuse of fuel oil (BBM), some time ago.

The violation of discipline and violation of the police professional code of ethics that ensnared Rudy Soik included several other cases, such as defamation of members of the National Police, leaving the place of duty without permission, and unprofessionalism in the subsidized fuel investigation.
