Meanwhile, the Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas is held by Maruarar Sirait, and in the position of Deputy Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas there is the name Fahri Hamzah.

Founded as the Ministry of Public Housing, this ministry has now transformed into the Ministry of Housing and Settlement Areas. The main task is to manage everything related to housing in Indonesia.

Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) explained the reasons behind President Prabowo Subianto's decision to divide the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Regions and Transmigration (Kemendes PDTT) into two separate ministries.

AHY said that President Prabowo Subianto wanted the Ministry of Transmigration to play a role in accelerating economic development in various regions, especially eastern Indonesia. According to AHY, the transmigration program will be revived to achieve this goal.

President Prabowo has appointed Dudy Purwagandhi as Minister of Transportation, replacing Budi Karya Sumadi.
