Menpan RB Prioritizes Arrangement Of New Ministries For 100 Working Days

JAKARTA - Minister of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform, Rini Widyantini, targets that during 100 working days from taking office he will prioritize the arrangement of ministries newly formed by President Prabowo Subianto.

"Of course together with the Minister of State Secretary, and the Minister of Finance, we will organize, not only organize its functions, but also how we organize human resources that will fill the newly formed ministries," he said as quoted by ANTARA, Monday, October 21.

The regulation of the Minister of Administrative and Bureaucratic Reform which regulates the arrangement of a number of new ministries has been prepared during the Menpan RB era of Abdullah Azwar Anas.

"Yesterday's raid before the end of his term of office had worked hard for four months to prepare it (Menpan RB Regulation)," he said.

However, he said, they were waiting for the Presidential Regulation regarding the transition of ministries/agencies to be issued.

"Because there are several functions of ministries and institutions that have switched, and that of course will affect their human resources and budgeting," he said.

In addition, he targets that over the next 100 days he can perform a digital INA beta release to complete the transformation of human resources.

"We have just issued Law Number 20 (2023 concerning State Civil Apparatus or ASN Law). We are also waiting for the PP (Government Regulation) to be signed, and there are many transformations of human resources that we have prepared, and of course we will step by step (step by step) for us to do," he explained.

In addition, he has divided his duties with Deputy Menpan RB, Purwadi Arianto.

"I will ask the Deputy Minister to focus on ensuring that all transformations, especially for public service policies, can be carried out properly," he said.
