Officially Becomes Coordinating Minister For Infrastructure, AHY Doesn't Know Where To Office

Chairman of the Democratic Party, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY) was officially appointed as Coordinating Minister for Regional Infrastructure and Development in the Red and White Cabinet.

However, as the Coordinating Minister in the new ministry, AHY still doesn't know where he will be based.

"Not yet, I don't know yet," said AHY at the State Palace, Jakarta, Monday, October 21.

Even so, the former Minister of ATR/BPN wants to immediately work and shop for problems in the field. According to Prabowo's direction, he said, ministers in the Red and White cabinet must work together.

"Hopefully soon after this inauguration I can immediately go to the field, of course study the tasks first, because this is the new coordinating ministry in the field of infrastructure and regional development. And of course we will soon find out what are the problems and challenges," explained AHY.

Regarding his new position in the Red and White cabinet, AHY will oversee 5 ministries. First, the Ministry of ATR/BPN which is now led by Nusron Wahid.

Second, the Ministry of Public Works led by Dody Hanggodo. Third, the Ministry of Public Housing led by Maruarar Sirait.

Fourth, the Ministry of Transmigration led by Democratic cadres, Iftitah Sulaiman Suryanegara. Fifth, the Ministry of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi.
