JAKARTA - Mumbai Police, India, arrested a minor aka a small boy (bocil) who threatened a fake bomb on a three-flight plane.
India's airlines this month received a series of threats to domestic and international flights on their social media, all of which were fake.
"We strongly condemn the recent bomb threat against Indian airlines. We are closely monitoring the situation and ensuring that any necessary action is taken to counter the measure," said Transport Minister Ram Mohan Naidu Kinjarapu.
He said the perpetrators arrested were minors, which means they were under 18 years old. But the authorities did not name the perpetrators.
