PDIP Solo: DPRD Member Kevin Fabiano, West Java NPCI Corruption Suspect Not Related To The Party

Surakarta City SOLO - PDIP said its cadre who is also a member of the Solo DPRD Kevin Fabiano who was involved in the West Java National Paralympic Committee (NPCI) corruption case was not related to the party.

"We do not know that Kevin Fabiano's brother committed acts of corruption in West Java," said Surakarta City PDIP DPC Chairman FX Hadi Rudyatmo as reported by ANTARA, Monday, October 14.

FX Rudy said the corruption occurred in 2021, while Kevin only joined PDIP in 2022.

"The corruption case will also be in 2021 so that in yesterday's selection process, the legislative candidates will start from the levels of branches, branches, PAC, and DPC. The requirements are in accordance with the provisions set by the party and from the KPU," he said.

However, FX Rudy assesses Kevin has been known to have a good personality.

"We see Kevin's brother is good because we didn't see, didn't hear what happened in West Java," he said.

Regarding future conditions, his party will still wait for a decision from the PDIP DPP.

"The mechanism I reported to the PDIP DPP because those who have the right to fire are the Party's DPP. The DPP will definitely issue a letter of dismissal and send PAW," he said.

Kevin has been named a suspect and detained by the West Java High Prosecutor's Office (Kejati) for the alleged corruption case of West Java's NPCI grant funds.
