Polda Metro Holds Zebra Jaya Operation Ahead Of Presidential Inauguration

JAKARTA - The Traffic Directorate of Polda Metro Jaya held Operation Zebra Jaya 2024 ahead of the inauguration of the elected president and vice president Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka on Sunday (20/10).

"Through Operation Zebra Jaya 2024 in order to support the successful inauguration of the elected president/vice president," said Traffic Director of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Latif Usman as reported by ANTARA, Saturday, October 12.

Latif explained that the operation, which was held on October 14-27, 2024, was also aimed at increasing public order in traffic.

Here are 14 operational targets that will be targeted in Operation Zebra Jaya this time:

President and vice president elected Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka will be sworn in as president and vice president on Sunday (20/10).

The inauguration procession will be held at the MPR Building and witnessed by all members of the legislature.

After that, Prabowo and Gibran are planned to go to the Presidential Palace to take part in the procession to welcome President Joko Widodo (Jokowi).
