Fruit Of A Cooperative Infidelity, Couples Threatened With 20 Years In Prison After Killing A 44-Year-Old Man In Tangerang Regency

TANGERANG - Police revealed a premeditated murder case allegedly committed by a married couple (couple) with the initials SN (husband) and RY (wife) against a man with the initials S (44) on Jalan TPU Sarongge, Talaga Bestari, Waanakerta Village, Sindang Jaya, Tangerang Regency, last Monday, October 7.

Tangerang Police Chief Kombes Baktiar Joko Mujiono said that RY and victim S had previously known each other when they worked together at PT Tuntek, Cikupa. Then establish a relationship, even have sex.

"Both of them are in a romantic relationship even though they are married and have had sexual relations like husband and wife. Then in 2024 the victim came to RY's house, where at that time her husband was not at home," Baktiar told reporters, Thursday, October 10.

Furthermore, SN finally discovered the relationship between RY and S, so the two got into an argument.

The forbidden relationship was finally discovered by her husband, namely the suspect SN. There was a commotion until SN slammed RY's cellphone," he said.

RY apologized for having an affair with the victim. But her husband said that he felt hurt and trampled on his pride.

"A hurt really, he (S) has insulted neng, and has trampled on Aa's self-esteem. So Aa hasn't calmed down yet if she's not dead. Then the wife answered, yes a," said the Police Chief imitating the conversation RY and SN.

The conversation between the two couples resulted in an agreement. The two of them planned the murder of S.

The police chief explained that to smooth out the murder plan, RY and SN bought a Nokia brand cellphone along with a sim card to invite the victim to meet on Monday afternoon, October 7.

"Then the perpetrator RY contacted the victim to meet at the TKP (the crime scene). The two perpetrators engineered it as if they did not know him. Because the victim did not recognize the face of the perpetrator SN," he said.

The perpetrator RY and the victim finally met and talked. The perpetrator also asked a video but the victim answered in harsh words.

The angry RY perpetrator then pushed the victim who was on his motorbike until he fell. The perpetrator also immediately took out a knife and would be stabbed into the victim's stomach but only injured his hand. Then her husband immediately came and took the knife his wife was holding and immediately stabbed the victim in the chest and stomach until the victim was covered in blood," he explained.

Realizing that the victim was immobile and covered in blood, the two immediately fled. The two perpetrators threw their cellphones into a lake to eliminate traces.

Not later, local residents found S's body lying not far from his motorbike. Residents tried to help the victim by taking him to the hospital. But unfortunately the victim's life was not there.

"The victim suffered stab wounds to his chest and stomach and then the victim was taken to Balaraja Hospital for an external post-mortem," he concluded.

The police who received the report immediately conducted an investigation and soon succeeded in arresting the two perpetrators.

After being examined and proven, the two perpetrators became suspects and were charged with premeditated murder as referred to in Article 338 of the Criminal Code and or 340 of the Criminal Code with the threat of death penalty, life imprisonment and or 20 years in prison.
