Then, if later dredging is carried out, Pramono doubts that the water rate from Krukut River will flow immediately. Given, the width of the river that has narrowed due to development is quite hampering the flow.

"Even to be dredged, the water is still a problem. The condition is that some areas have already built buildings that can't be built here," he added.

However, the former Cabinet Secretary assessed that dredging all rivers, rivers, reservoirs, and reservoirs in Jakarta still had to be done. Because, this is one of the efforts to control the impact of flooding.

"For dredging, it must, this time it is the responsibility of the regional government. It must be budgeted, it must be done. If not, it will remain like this at any time," said Pramono.

Previously, the candidate for Governor and Deputy Governor of Jakarta number 1, Ridwan Kamil-Suswono (RIDO) ensured that the procurement of water transportation modes (water way) was most likely presented in Jakarta.
