Deputy Secretary General Hezbollah Naim Qassem: We Will Definitely Beat Zionists

JAKARTA - Deputy Secretary-General of Hezbollah Sheikh Naim Qassem said the group would definitely defeat Zionists, praising the role of Secretary-General of Hezbollah the late Hassan Nasrallah.

"We are Nasrallah's children and will continue our path with the greatest strength and power," he said, quoted from Mehr, October 9.

Naim Qassem said Hezbollah would continue the path chosen by the late Nasrollah with all his might.

He further said the Lebanese Hezbollah Resistance forces were not afraid of the regime of criminal Zionists and the United States.

"The criminal Zionist regime together with the United States wanted to scare us, but we are not afraid of them (Israel and the US) and we will not back down from our goals," he stressed.

The Axis of the Resistance is a major frontline in dealing with Israel's aggression. Deputy Secretary-General Hezbollah appointed 'Operation of Hurricane Al-Aqsa', saying the operation was the beginning of change in Western Asia.

The US is the main partner and accomplice to crimes committed by the criminal Zionist regime, he said, adding Iran was steadfast in its stance to support the Palestinian and Lebanese Resistance Movement.

He said the criminal Zionist regime started the war but would fail to achieve its goals. Israel's only goal in the Lebanese conflict is to kill more civilians, he said.

He underlined, for the gift of Almighty God, the resistance will win in the face of Israel's atrocities.

"Our military capacity is fine despite Israeli attacks," he said on a separate occasion, recording history has proven Zionistness is a danger to the region and the world.

It is known, this is Sheikh Naim Qassem's second speech since Hassan Nasrallah's martyrdom as a result of the Zionist attack in Dahiyeh, Beirut on September 27.

Naim Qassem said Iran was the only country to support and be determined to support the resistance.

"Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu said, "We want to return the settlers to their home areas", I told him you would never, and the number of people displaced from the northern area of the occupation would have increased many times," said Naim Qassem.

"All actions of the Zionist regime in recent days in attacking Lebanon are aimed at destroying vital infrastructure and slaughtering innocent civilians and civilians. They pursue the goal of creating a dividing gap between the Lebanese people and the Resistance, but they will never succeed, we have the most honorable people in Lebanon," he explained.

"The longer the war continues, the more difficult the dead end Israel will face. We attack the enemy and expand our shot range, we will reach any place at the time we have determined according to our plan," he continued.

"We fully trust the Speaker of the Lebanese Parliament Nabih Berri, our "big brother". We are the people of the battlefield and we will never beg for a solution," he added.
