TANGERANG Police revealed that two child kidnapping cases that occurred in South Tangerang were carried out by a recidivist in a case of sexual abuse of minors in the South Jakarta area.

"This suspect is a recidivist in the case of sexual abuse of minors who was handled by the South Jakarta Police (Jaksel) in 2014," said South Tangerang Deputy Chief of Police, Kompol Rizkyadi Saputro, Thursday, October 3.

Rizkyadi explained that the mode used by DG (the perpetrator) was to deceive the victim by saying that his parents were sick, the victim believed he would be taken away by motorbike.

"I was told to pick you up, go to the hospital, your mother had an accident, fell off the motorbike. I'll take you later, come with me", Rizkyadi said, imitating the perpetrator's words when deceiving the victim.

"On average, all persuasion is like that, for the first one," he continued.

After successfully bringing the victim, the perpetrator took him around on a motorbike. The victims had asked the perpetrators to be sent home. But the perpetrator persuaded him to keep the victim calm with him.

"But the suspect DG again persuaded him by promising the victim's child some money. So that it made the victim's children calm again and did not ask to go home again," he said.

The perpetrator took the victim to a place far from the crowd of residents in the Bogor Regency area. Arriving at the location, the victim received sexual abuse by the suspect.

"Furthermore, suspect DG freely channeled his biological desires by committing immoral acts against the victim's child," he said

After that, the suspect repatriated the victim and lowered it not far from the initial location, Ciputat area.
