East Java Police Unloading Couple Exchange Sex Party Case At Villa City Batu, Participants Pay IDR 825 Thousand

SURABAYA - Sub-Directorate of Renakta Ditreskrimum East Java Regional Police uncovered a case of a couple's exchange sex party at a villa in Batu City and arrested 12 perpetrators.

"The disclosure was based on the results of the investigation on September 21, 2024. Until finally a raid was carried out on September 22, 2024 in the morning at around 01.30 WIB," said Deputy Director of Criminal Investigation of the East Java Police AKBP Suryono as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, October 1.

Suryono revealed that at the time of the raid there were 12 people on the second floor of the villa who were holding a partner exchange sex party.

The perpetrators, consisting of seven men and five women, he continued, had sexual relations together by watching each other. Then take turns having sex by exchanging partners.

The East Java Police's Renakta Sub-Directorate Team then secured all the 12 participants. It is known, the brain of the couple's exchange sex party had the initials SM (31) from Malang Regency.

"The SM suspect's method is to invite a married couple for a partner-exchange sex party. After collecting 12 people, SM made a telegram group to facilitate coordination with the participants," he said.

Each participant pays registration of Rp. 825 thousand to be able to take part in a partner's exchange sex party. Furthermore, the location of the villa and the date of the party will be determined on September 21-22, 2024 in Batu City.

"This SM suspect did not take big advantage. Only to fulfill his fantasy sex desire. SM likes to see people having sex in a crowd. But he doesn't come, just facilitates and sees," he said.

The sex party held by SM is not the first time. Investigators revealed that previously SM had had had threesome sex parties or two people against one twice.

The pair exchange party was twice and the second was successfully revealed by investigators from the East Java Regional Police's Renakta Sub-Directorate.

For his actions, the suspect SM was charged with Article 296 of the Criminal Code. The criminal threat is a maximum imprisonment of one year and four months or a maximum fine of fifteen thousand rupiah.

However, as a special crime, the suspect was finally detained by investigators.
