Pramono Calls His Mission Vision In The Jakarta Gubernatorial Election Similar To Anies'

JAKARTA - Candidate for governor of Jakarta number 3, Pramono Anung said the vision and mission of himself and Deputy Governor Rano Karno was similar to the vision and mission that Anies Baswedan had prepared to run for the Jakarta gubernatorial election.

Yesterday, Anies revealed to the public the contents of his vision and mission that had been prepared before finally failing to advance to the Jakarta Pilkada.

"Yes, I saw what Mr. Anies said was actually more or less the same as what I said in several ways," Pramono said when met at his residence, Kemang, South Jakarta, Friday, September 27.

Pramono gave an example of the idea in his vision and mission that is similar to Anies, namely regarding the program of working anywhere or working from anywhere, policies that prioritize equality, to empowering small groups and urban poor people.

"So I see the points are relatively as I have said so far. So I feel that what Mr. Anies said is more or less enthusiastic, the most important thing is that it is the same as what I said," Pramono claimed.

Moreover, Pramono said a number of former members of the Anies-Muhaimin (AmIN National Team) winning team are now joining the winning team to prepare a program that will be run if they are elected as Governor-Deputy Governor of Jakarta and Rano Karno.

Pramono-Rano has not yet scheduled a special meeting with Anies as the former Governor of Jakarta. However, the former Cabinet Secretary emphasized that he had started to accommodate sustainability efforts on Anies' policies while leading Jakarta.

"Without having to be discussed, it has actually been accommodated. Because like yesterday's problem in Kampung Bayam, it was a problem that existed since Pak Anies' time. At that time it had not been resolved because the governor's regulation had not been made. If I was given a mandate, the first thing that was made was the governor's regulation," he explained.

Anies Baswedan revealed the vision and mission he had compiled while participating in the Jakarta gubernatorial election contestation. Unfortunately, Anies has now failed to run for the 2024 Pilkada because he did not get a nomination ticket from a political party (political party).

In his social media account, Anies admitted that he and his support team immediately moved to develop a vision, mission and program for Jakarta for a moment to decide to run after losing the 2024 presidential election.

"There are two team wings, one manages all campaign activities, the other is working on policies. The wing of this policy was moving long before we were confirmed to get tickets," said Anies on the Aniesbaswedan Instagram account, Thursday, September 26.

However, in the last moments the registration period was closed, Anies ended the maturation of his vision and mission because it was certain that he could not run for the Jakarta Pilkada.

However, the former Governor of DKI Jakarta felt the need to state his vision and mission so that the public would know, even though he failed to advance to the regional elections.

Who knows, according to Anies, the supporting community can consider which cagub-cawagub pair deserves to be chosen from the vision and mission he puts forward.

"After the candidate pairs of the DKI Jakarta gubernatorial election submitted their vision and mission documents to the KPUD, we decided to participate in releasing the VM website that we had previously created. Consider it an accountability to the public and as an additional reference in considering the existing candidate pairs," explained Anies.

In uploading his social media accounts, Anies revealed several ideas that were included in his vision and mission, including a tariff of IDR 1 rupiah for Transjakarta users, MRT Jakarta, and LRT Jakarta at certain hours.

Then, Anies wants to increase the number of new public transportation fleets so that the inter-headway frequency target becomes every 3 minutes.

Furthermore, Anies wants to add park and ride facilities at a number of bus stops or stations to increase Jaklingko's integration with buffer areas.
