Lolly Anak Nikita Mirzani Bakal Dibawa Ke "Rumah Aman"

JAKARTA - The police will take Laura Meizani Nassare Asry alias Lolly who is Nikita Mirzani's child to a safe house. The move is said to be in accordance with the recommendations of the Technical Implementation Unit for the Center for the Protection of Women and Children (UPT P3A).

It is known that Lolly was forcibly picked up by Nikita Mirzani from her apartment unit for a post-mortem on Thursday, September 19.

"Investigators have also coordinated with UPTP3A by bringing the victim's child to a safe house according to UPTP3A recommendations," said Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indradi quoted Thursday, September 26.

However, it was not conveyed in detail about this, including the time he brought Lolly to his safe house.

So far, only investigators from the South Jakarta Metro Police have coordinated with related parties in handling the case.

"Investigators have held a coordination meeting with the ranks of the PPA Ministry and UPT P3A regarding the handling of the victim's child," he said.

In fact, investigators are also said to be coordinating with the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) regarding the investigation of cases of alleged child molestation and abortion.

Meanwhile, the investigation of the case was based on a report made by Nikita Mirzani at the South Jakarta Metro Police. The report is registered with the number LP/B/2811/IX/2024/SPKT/POLRES METRO JAKSEL/POLDA METRO JAYA.

In the report, the reported party is suspected of violating Law Number 35 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection as referred to in Article 76d of Law 35/2014 and/or 77 A in conjunction with 45 A and/or 421 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 60 of Law No. 17 of 2023 concerning Health and/or Article 346 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 81.
