JAKARTA - The winner of the 2024 General Election Prabowo Subianto is seriously compiling the composition of the cabinet. The Constitutional Court (MK) in decision Number 49/PUU-VIII/2010 stated that the Attorney General's term ended with the end of the presidential term in one term together with the term of office of cabinet members or dismissed during his term of office by the president in the term concerned.

The figure of Dr. Tjokorda Ngurah Agung Kusumayudha SH. MH. MSc, is an Alumni of the Faculty of Law, Universitas Airlangga Surabaya. He is the husband of Prof. Dr. Anna Mariana SH. MH.MBA. Dr. Tjokorda once held various positions such as the Director of State Administration and became a team of Attorneys for the Attorney General of the Republic of Indonesia who handled the BLBI case against 58 banks that were auditited and entered the supervision of BPPN in 2001-2003.
