JAKARTA - KPUD Jakarta conducted a draw for the number three candidates who will run in the 2024 Jakarta Pilkada. Ridwan Kamil's pair got serial number 1,

Pramono Anung-Rano Karno 2 and Dharma Pongrekun and Kun Wardana 3.

The serial number draw was carried out at the Jakarta KPUD Office, Monday, September 23 evening. Not only the candidate pair, representatives of the supporting political parties to winning volunteers were also present, both in the KPUD and in the vicinity.

Ridwan Kamil-Suswono was promoted by 12 political parties. The details are the Gerindra Party, the Golkar Party, the Prosperous Justice Party, the NasDem Party, the National Awakening Party, the Indonesian Solidarity Party, the Democratic Party, the National Mandate Party, the Garuda Party, the Gelora Party, the Perindo Party, and the United Development Party.

Ridwan Kamil previously served as Governor of West Java and Golkar Party politician. Meanwhile, Suswono is a former Minister of Agriculture and is listed as a PKS politician.

Pramono-Rano was promoted by PDIP while Dharma-Kun Wardana ran as an independent candidate.

The Jakarta KPU commissioner, Astri Megatari, explained that the determination of the serial number of each candidate pair will begin at 19.00 pm.

"Today we will hold a serial number draw at 7 pm at the Jakarta KPUD Office," said Astri, Monday, September 23.

Astri said the serial number taken by the candidate pair would be the official number when they campaigned and the ballot letter in the 2024 Pilkada. The serial number collection will be carried out by drawing.
