MEDAN - The clinic security at Jalan Mandala By Pass, Medan Denai, Medan almost raped a young woman. The victim was accompanying his mother who was being treated at the clinic.

The incident happened, Tuesday, March 30 in the morning. At that time the victim, I (17) was accompanying his mother who was being treated at the clinic.

The victim told the incident when he was about to sleep under his mother's bed at around 24.00 WIB. At that time, the perpetrator TS (24) entered the room and met the victim with the excuse that he wanted to check the IV.

"He (TS) initially went into the room. He said he wanted to check Mom's infusion. But I said why did you check it, the infusion was still full," said the victim, Tuesday, March 30.

At that time, TS left the room. However, at around 02.00 WIB in the morning, the man came back for the same reason.

"After that he came back again around 2 in the morning. He wanted to check the infusion again. Even though it was not his business to check the infusion of mama, she was not a nurse," said the victim.

Then, TS left the room and came back again around 03.00 WIB in the morning. This time, TS came with a pillow that was given to him.

"Then he came again at 3 o'clock I kicked him out but he didn't want to go, instead he invited me to chat. Still I kicked him out, I said not here I want to sleep then he left again," he explained.

When the victim was in a state of sleep fell asleep woke up because he was shocked by the squeezing of TS's body.

"At 4 o'clock, I fell asleep on my back under my mother's bed. Suddenly I woke up and was shocked, she was already on top of me. Shouted me, until Mom woke up. Then she kicked her out of the room. The reason she wanted to check the IV. mom while going to the room, "he said.

Based on information obtained by the victim from several nurses at the clinic, TS often took the same action to the patient's caretakers while he was fast asleep.

"He said that the perpetrator had often done the same thing, to the point that a pregnant nurse was tortured by the perpetrator. When he was arrested, he apologized while kissing the victim's feet. But he did this again," he said.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Clinic, dr. Burniawan Ramali admitted that he had taken firm action by dismissing TS from the position of security.

"If it's like this, we (TS) are no longer employed or immediately fired. Because his treatment is unforgivable," said dr. Burniawan.

TS actions that are justified by checking the infusion or placing the patient are not the perpetrator's business or authority. Even if it is done, there will be instructions from a doctor or nurse.

"At that time there was no instruction from me and he took the initiative himself to enter the patient's room. In fact, when TS offered to put the infusion into the patient, I was suspicious of why TS was doing the checking and placing the infusion," said Burniawan.

"Then it is up to the family whether to report it to the police or not," he continued.

After the incident the hospital tried to discuss the incident with the victim's family. TS, who also came, immediately apologized to his family and confessed his actions.

"Yes, I did. I'm sorry, please don't report me to the police," said TS crying and kneeling at the victim's feet.
