Cak Lontong Claims Many Figures Want To Close To Pramono-Rano Karno's Winning Team

JAKARTA - Chairman of the Pramono Anung-Rano Karno Winning Team, Lies Hartono or Cak Lontong revealed that many public figures and figures want to join the winning team for the candidate for deputy governor-vice governor of DKI Jakarta in the DKI Jakarta Pilkada.

"Many friends (public figures) contacted me personally to join this team. Of course this will be our consideration," he said in Jakarta, Antara, Sunday, September 15.

According to him, this request to join proves the support and capital needed to help the winning team.

Cak Lontong added that his position as chairman of the winning team was only a complement. Because so far he has appeared as a entertainer. "I'm just a complement because the one on the right (Pramono Anung) and left (Rano Karno) are candidates for governor and deputy governor of Jakarta," he said.

Cak Lontong was then asked by the media crew regarding the strategy in helping win the candidate he was carrying. He said he had pocketed a strategy for the winning team but at least for now he was not willing to divulge it to the public.

Pramono Anung and Rano Karno had stated that they wanted to work happily in the Jakarta Pilkada. Related to this, Cak Lontong said that laughter is a concept of approach, including attracting rational voters.

"Look at you, identification is a hardionality. So a rational person must have a'sense of humor'. We can use the rational one to control laughter. Laughing is healthy but everything has a limit," he said.

On Thursday, Pramono Anung mentioned Cak Lontong as an artist and comedian who can bring joy in the midst of the country's political boisterousness.

Moreover, Cak Lontong has been involved in practical politics since 2014, including being involved in the Jokowi-Jusuf Kalla campaign. Pramono and Rano Karno wanted politics that brought joy, but worked hard.
