Perpetrators Of Stabbing Brother-in-law In Ciracas Upset Victims Once Said They Used To Eat Animals

JAKARTA - The murder case by the suspect Noverrd Fernando Pirssouw (30) against his older brother Beny Noya (48) on Jalan Bridal Ali/AMD, RT 12/06, Ciracas District, East Jakarta, was triggered by a burning grudge.

The victim, Beny Noya, died with dozens of stab wounds to his right and left abdomen, left ribs, left thigh and left hand.

"From the autopsy results, there were 12 stabs on the victim's body. The body has been autopsied and will be handed over to the family for funerals," said East Jakarta Metro Police Chief, Kombes Nicolas Ary Lilipaly to reporters, Friday, September 13, afternoon.

The perpetrator stabbed the victim to death using a badik type of sharp weapon. The victim is still at the Kramat Jati Police Hospital, East Jakarta.

"The reason the perpetrator abused the victim was that he died because the perpetrator felt hurt and held grudges against the victim. Revenge about 6 years ago. However, it is still being investigated," he said.

The hurt and revenge was caused by the perpetrator and the victim's younger brother having personal problems. But the victim actually defended his sister. In fact, the victim also threatened the perpetrator with the words "Later you Have the Heart to Eat Dogs".

After hearing the words from the victim's mouth, the perpetrator was hurt and held a grudge with the victim.

"There is a sense of revenge that he (the perpetrator) has felt for years. Because the victim also threatened him (the perpetrator) so that he felt annoyed and angry and was polite and last night he told the victim," he said.

In his daily life, the suspect Noverrd Fernando Pirssouw is known to work as a security guard.

For his actions, the suspect was charged with multiple articles, namely Article 340 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 338 of the Criminal Code and/or Article 351 of the Criminal Code with a penalty of 15 years in prison and/or the death penalty and/or life imprisonment and 20 years in prison resulting in people dying.
