Transjakarta Extends Operational Hours To 2 Routes During Bruno Mars Concert At JIS

JAKARTA - Transjakarta extended operating hours on two bus routes during the Bruno Mars concert at the Jakarta International Stadium (JIS), North Jakarta, on September 11, 13 and 14.

Two services that experienced an extension of operational time during the singer's concert from the United States took place, namely corridor 14 (Jakarta International Stadium or JIS Senen) and Route 14A (Juanda Jakarta International Stadium).

"These two services will serve customers longer, namely until 00.00 WIB for regular services," said Head of the Department of Public Relations and CSR Transjakarta Ayu Wardhani in a statement, Wednesday, September 11.

In addition to the two-pass service allowance, people who want to carry out activities around the concert location can also use the Day Night Transportation (Amari) service which operates normally starting at 22.00 05.00 WIB in 14 main corridors.

"So that customers don't need to worry, for access to transportation both to the event location and when they return to their homes even though it's late at night," said Ayu.

Ayu appealed to people who want to watch concerts using public transportation that passes at the event location, considering that there is an extension of the operating hours

"People don't have to bother finding parking locations, and contribute to reducing congestion and supporting Net Zero Emission," he explained.

Bruno Mars appeared in three shows at once in Jakarta this week. The concert with the title Bruno Mars Live in Jakarta 2024 which is promoted by Live Nation, TEM Presents, and PK Entertainment.

In the same tour series, Bruno first visited Kaohsiung, China to hold two shows, on September 7 and 8.
