JAKARTA - The candidate pair for Governor-Deputy Governor Ridwan Kamil (RK)-Suswono (RIDO) plans to build vertical housing in the middle of the city if elected in the Jakarta Pilkada.

RIDO spokesman Mulya Amri admitted that many residents doubted the construction of vertical houses in Jakarta due to land constraints. The difficulty of finding land availability has made land prices in Jakarta soar.

"Volvertical housing in downtown Jakarta is often considered a person who makes no sense, but it actually makes a lot of sense because in an expensive city center is the land. Meanwhile, construction costs for building vertical housing are the same, between being built in the city center and in rural areas. The solution, RK-Suswono will use local government-owned land. With the use of land owned by the local government, Mulya continued, it is almost certain that no cost will be spent on buying land. In the future, the units peddled for residents will be affordable.

"Not to mention later coupled with central government programs such as the three-program as well as the house of the President-elect Pak Prabowo.
