Donald Trump Offended Putin Supports Kamala Harris In The US Presidential Election

JAKARTA - Donald Trump megaku was offended by the support of Russian President Vladimir Putin for his rivals in the 2024 United States (US) Presidential Election, Kamala Harris.

"I know Putin, I know her well. A few days ago she supported Kamala. She supports Kamala, I am very offended by that. I think it might be done with a smile," Trump told his supporters during a speech at a rally in Wisconsin, Saturday, September 7 local time, quoted from Sputnik via Bernama.

Trump is also wondering why the head of state of Russia supports Harris. He added that Putin is a "Chess player".

The former US President also repeated his statement that the Russia-Ukraine conflict was unlikely to happen if it became head of state.

The 2024 US Presidential Election will be held on November 5. Trump is supported by the Republican Party to compete closely with presidential candidates promoted by the Democratic Party.

Earlier, during the plenary session of the Eastern Economic Forum, Putin jokingly said Russia would support the US presidential candidate from the Democratic Party, Kamala Harris, as recommended by the US incumbent President, Joe Biden.

Russia noted that Harris had a "contagious" laugh, from where people could conclude that it would "successful."
