Other netizens also criticized by saying, "Look at me because of your policy @BKNgoid @peruri_id, how many people might fail the administration because of this e-Materary issue. This can also open up opportunities for brokers to hoard e-Matari. Sores are required to use e-Matari, but the system is not ready yet. Actually, the intention is recruitment or sale?"

Peruri's Instagram account was also filled with comments from netizens who complained about the problem of accessing e-Materai who had an error.

Through the official Instagram account @peruri.digital, Peruri as the official provider of e-Matari explained that the error in the e-Matari purchase link was caused by the high number of traffic on their website.

Peruri apologized via uploading Story on Instagram, stating, "We apologize for the obstacles you experienced. Currently, our website is experiencing an increase in traffic, so we are implementing a queue system to maintain service performance and serve all users."

They added, "We will provide further information when the traffic returns to normal."

Currently, Peruri insists that the e-Materary quota will not be lost even if the registrant experiences problems, such as failing in the process of recovering the e-Materai or when the quota does not increase during purchases. This is done to ensure users can still use the e-Materai that have been purchased without losing the quota.
