The police charged the suspect MHU with Article 44 Paragraph 1 and Article 45 Paragraph 1 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia (UU RI) Number 23 of 2004 concerning the Elimination of Domestic Violence in conjunction with Article 64 of the Criminal Code (KUHP).
