TANGERANG - Sri Pope Francis is scheduled to arrive in Indonesia via Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, Tangerang City on Tuesday, September 3, tomorrow.

Head of the Special Class I Immigration Office of TPI Soekarno-Hatta, Subki Miuldi, said that Sri Pope Francis would get an immigration inspection VIP route facility by his party.

"The arrival of the leaders of the world's Catholics will be welcomed by the facilities for the VIP route for immigration checks by the TPI Soekarno-Hatta Special Class I Immigration Office," Subki said in his statement, Monday, September 2.

Subki explained that the arrival of the 266th Pope would deploy a number of personnel from the immigration surveillance team at a number of strategic points at Soekarno Hatta Airport for the smooth operation of the immigration inspection process.

"This preparation was made to ensure Pope Francis' visit went smoothly and safely, given the high enthusiasm of the community in welcoming him," he said.

In addition, his party will also coordinate with airport authorities and the security forces of the Soeakrno-Hatta Airport Community (Kombata) to maintain smooth activities at Soekarno-Hatta Airport during the arrival process.
