Head of Public Relations of Polda Metro Jaya, Kombes Ade Ary Syam Indardi said the perpetrator was arrested in the Otista area, Bidara Cina, Jatinegara, East Jakarta, Saturday, August 31, at 06.30 WIB.
"(The perpetrator) was arrested while at his girlfriend's house in the Otista area, Bidara Cina, Jatinegara, East Jakarta," said Ade Ary in his statement, Monday, September 2.
