BANDUNG - The candidate pair for governor and deputy governor of West Java (Jabar) Ahmad Syaikhu and Ilham Habibie officially registered to take part in the West Java gubernatorial election at the West Java KPU, Thursday, August 29. Ahmad and Ilham's arrival was accompanied by the board of the Prosperous Justice Party.

In his remarks, Ahmad Syaikhu, who is also the general chairman of PKS, expressed his gratitude to the KPU ranks who had given a warm and lively speech.

"We, the Asih (Ahmad Syaikhu-Ilham Habibie) couple, want to realize the KPU's hydrant, namely silih asah, silih asih, and silihhhh pembanuh. Of course this is not a light task, but when we support each other, encourage each other, synergize and collaborate, God willing, it will be light," said Ahmad Syaikhu in his speech.

Ahmad Syaikhu further said that whoever the governor and deputy of West Java is elected if supported by residents, will be able to make West Java even more advanced.

"We hope that this election can be of quality, professional, and dignified and give birth to leadership has integrity and dignity," added Syaikhu.
