2 Defendants Of Corruption PNPM Air Napal Bengkulu Sued 4.5 And 5.5 Years In Prison

The prosecutor demanded two defendants in the alleged corruption case of funds from the National Community Empowerment Program (PNPM) of Air Napal Bengkulu District, namely AM and H, each with a prison sentence of 4.5 years and 5.5 years.

The defendant AM is known to be the former chairman of the Air Napal District PNPM Team. Meanwhile, Defendant H was the treasurer of the PNPM implementing team in Air District. "We have demanded two defendants under Article 3 of the corruption law and also imprisonment differently," said the Public Prosecutor (JPU) of the North Bengkulu District Attorney (Kejari), Riski Adrian at the Bengkulu District Court, Monday, August 26, confiscated by Antara.

He said that in this case state losses were estimated at Rp1.1 billion. The demands given by the two defendants are in accordance with Article 3 in conjunction with Article 18 paragraph (1) letter a, letter b, paragraph (2) and paragraph (3) of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption as amended by Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2001 concerning Amendments to Law Number 31 of 1999 concerning Eradication of Criminal Acts of Corruption in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code.

Sebelumnya, kedua terdakwa ditetapkan tersangka oleh Kejari Bengkulu Utara terkait pengelolaan dana eks PNPM mandiri pedesaan tahun anggaran 2014 hingga 2019.Untuk modus yang dilakukan kedua tersangka AM dan H, pada perkara tindak pidana korupsi pengelolaan dana PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan ini adalah pinjaman fiktif.Kedua tersangka tersebut dalam memberikan pinjaman Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) tidak sesuai Petunjuk Teknis Operasional (PTO) PNPM Mandiri Perdesaan dan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) Perguliran.Selain itu, pinjaman yang telah digulirkan oleh tersangka kebanyakan fiktif atau tidak jelas tanpa didasari SPJ sesuai peraturan PNPM Mandiri Pedesaan.
