Cakada Registration To KPU Starting Tomorrow, Commission II Of The DPR Asks For Legislation To Be Immediately Enacted

JAKARTA - Commission II of the DPR RI requested that Bawaslu regulations be promulgated immediately, considering that the registration time for regional head candidates for the 2024 Pilkada will begin tomorrow at the KPU. This was conveyed by the Chairman of Commission II of the DPR Ahmad Doli Kurnia regarding the Hearing Meeting with the Chairman of the KPU, Chairman of Bawaslu, Chairperson of the DKPP, and the Director General of Politics and General Government of the Ministry of Home Affairs regarding the discussion of the Draft KPU Regulation on Voting Equipment Equipment, Other Equipment Equipment, Regional Head Election Campaign, and Regional Head Election Campaign Funds at the Parliament Complex, Senayan, Monday, August 26, today. "It is true that what needs to be promulgated is the Bawaslu regulation immediately related to the supervision of the candidacy, because the nomination is only tomorrow, so I think today must be promulgated immediately," said Doli.
