PaleMBANG - The Forensic Doctor Team of Bhayangkara Hospital Moh Hasan Palembang, South Sumatra, revealed the cause of death of a woman whose body was found under the Tanjung Senai bridge, Ogan Ilir (OI) on Monday. Forensic doctor at Bhayangkara Hospital Moh Hasan Palembang Indra Nasution said, based on the autopsy results, his party found that there were many wounds on the victim's body. Starting from two stab wounds of sharp objects in the neck, there was a wire used in an annealing stone tied to the victim's stomach to drown the victim in the water, then bruises on the waist. "There were stab wounds to the neck using sharp objects to cut off the breathing part and there were also bruises on the waist to tear the liver. There were many major injuries that might be the cause of death," he said in Palembang, Antara, Tuesday, August 20. The body was estimated to have sunk for two days before it was finally found. Previously, the police carried out the handling after residents found the body of a woman under the Tanjung Senai Ogan Ilir bridge.

It is known that the victim is Ita Anggraini (46), a resident of Kutaraya Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI) who was found floating on Monday at around 18:00 WIB.
