He said, most of the prisoners in the Women's Prison are not from Sigi Regency so not all of them received ballots for the election of the Regent and Deputy Regent of Sigi.
"Only 26 people received two ballots for the election of the Governor and Deputy Governor of Central Sulawesi and the Regent and Deputy Regent of Sigi, while 149 others used their right to vote for the gubernatorial election," he said.
He explained that his party is working with the Sigi Regency KPU to ensure that all prisoners in women's prisons who meet the requirements can vote in the 2024 Pilkada.
"In essence, we provide equal opportunities for inmates who are registered as voters to be able to cast their votes safely and orderly," he said.
